Mountain Trail Photo Nature Photography Workshops are your year-round
source for hands-on photography workshops, tours, and
digital imaging instruction. Our passion is outdoor, nature,
and wildlife photography. Teaching and sharing photography
skills is also the passion of each of our very talented
instructors. We aim to keep the class sizes small and the
learning atmosphere fun, casual, and comfortable for
beginners and advanced photographers
alike.

Acadia National Park
June 6-10, 2010
Instructor: Joseph Rossbach
Rugged
granite cliffs, pounding waves, mountains that roll into the
ocean, lupine and glacially carved lakes await us in Acadia
National Park. Join Joe for an exciting tour of this rugged
and beautiful park on the Maine Coast. We will spend our
days chasing the light and landscape in search of majestic
and awe inspiring images. We will even have the chance to
photograph the amazing lupine bloom and star trails over the
Atlantic at night. |

Chesapeake Bay Experience
July
30-August 1, 2010

This workshop travels to famous Smith Island in the middle
of the Chesapeake Bay for the quintessential Chesapeake
photography experience. Only accessible by boat, the small
waterman communities on Smith Island retain the spirit and
charm of days long past. During this tour, we will take
several boat trips to locations around Smith Island to
photograph the island's natural and man-made scenery and
abundant wildlife. |

West Virginia Fall Color

secret: its mountains rival New England in
tapestries of red, orange, gold, green and blue. And
there is no finer spot in all of West Virginia in
the fall than the Monongahela National Forest. From
the fiery red-covered heath barrens of Bear Rocks
and Dolly Sods, to swirling leaves in plunge pools
of mighty waterfalls, this area is by far the
mid-Atlantic region's best kept autumn secret.
